Senior Assessment Center at Botsford Commons offers assessments by experienced geriatric clinicians trained to detect these subtle changes. Available to all seniors in southeastern Michigan, the Senior Assessment Center is a natural extension of the high-quality, personalized services that the independent, assisted living and continuing care residents at Botsford Commons Senior Community have enjoyed for more than 15 years.
We Work Together with You and Your Doctor
Working in conjunction with your primary care physician, our geriatric specialists
provide comprehensive physical, diagnostic, social and psychological assessments.
From a holistic perspective, we discuss your symptoms and diagnoses, influencing
factors and recommend effective and practical treatment options. This assessment
will be shared with your primary care physician for attention and follow-up.
