As a Generations member you will receive access to the following services:
- HealthMatch is a free physician referral service that matches people with Botsford physicians based on location and medical needs. 1-877-442-7900
- Cardiovascular Services include diagnostic testing, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, risk factor identification and preventive programs.
- Bone and Joint Services include bone density screenings, osteopathic manipulation, arthritis management, surgery and podiatry.
- Volunteer Services invites you to contribute your time and skills to the Botsford Health Care Continuum.
- Botsford Home Health Care - Private Duty
Call (248) 426-6976 for more information. - Geropsychiatric Services offer inpatient assessments and treatment for persons experiencing depression, dementia and other mental health problems.
- Inpatient Rehabilitation uses a primary team approach to help patients achieve the greatest possible degree of independence after surgeries, falls, strokes, etc.
