Q: Are these assessments covered by Medicare?
A: Yes. However, as with most all insurances, a co pay may be applicable.
Q: Do I need a referral to see a doctor at the Senior Assessment Center at Botsford Commons?
A: We welcome referrals from other physicians, but a referral is not required. You may also call us directly for an appointment.
Q: Will the physician at the Senior Assessment Center become my primary care physician?
A: No, but we can refer you to a primary care physician within the Botsford system if you do not have one.
Q: Can my family come to my appointments with?
A: Your family is an important part of your future care needs. We welcome anyone who you wish to come with you to your appointment.
