We strive to be your one-stop resource for senior wellness.
It's easy. If your physician recommends that you be assessed in any area (for example, physical mobility), simply call (248) 426-6930 for an appointment or more informaion.
The Senior Assessment Center is led by a team of state-licensed health care professionals dedicated to geriatric care within their respective specialties.

From a holistic perspective, we discuss your symptoms and diagnoses, influencing factors and recommend effective and practical treatment options.
Your Personal Recommended Course of Treatment
Once all of your results are available, a comprehensive evaluation will be completed to include recommendations. These recommendations will be discussed with you and also be forwarded to your primary care physician for any attention and/or follow-up.
