Apartment residents at Botsford Commons Senior Community enjoy a variety of services and amenities as part of their rental cost. One and two-bedroom rental apartments have complete kitchens, laundry facilities in each unit, covered carports and access to the adjacent Town Commons building.
The apartment building is a two-story structure, with four conversational/game nooks and cathedral ceiling lobby with overlooking balcony. Residents take pride in personalizing their "welcome area" outside their apartment door. Ground floor units include access to a patio, while second floor units enjoy an enclosed balcony.
Monthly Fee for Independent Living Apartments:
- One Bedroom (Upper and Lower Levels) - $1350
- Two Bedroom Standard (Upper and Lower Levels) - $1700
- Two Bedroom Premium (Upper Level Only) - $1750
- Double Occupancy Fee - $250
*Water is the only utility included in the monthly fee
