- 64-Assisted Living suites with private bath
- 179-bed Botsford Rehabilitation and Continuing Care Center, offering skilled nursing and long-term care
Botsford Commons Senior Community are provided 24-hour on-site security, maintenance services, and courtesy transportation. Personal housekeeping and repair services are available on a fee-for-service basis. On-site care and services include:

If off-site medical care is needed, residents have access to the Botsford Health Care Continuum family of providers.
