Condo Dues
The monthly association fee covers basic services such as:
- 24-hour security
- emergency call service
- priority access to health services
- lawn maintenance
- trash removal
- access to many recreational social programs offered to the community
Monthly dues are authorized by the Condominium Association. Contact the Property Management Office at (248) 426-6940 for current dues schedule.
