Job Responsibilities: Oversight for 400 residents living on a campus that offers many diverse options for housing and services for Seniors. Administrator of the Botsford Rehabilitation and Continuing Care Center.
Mission: Support of the Older Adult through choice in housing and services to ensure vibrant, healthy members of the community, with a focus on individual uniqueness. To create a "Person-Centered Culture" where employees develop caregiving relationships based upon individualized care needs and personal desires.
