Mission Statement
Our 10-point mission statement sets forth the guidelines by which we operate as an organization.
I. We will be responsive to the needs of the residents and communities we serve.
II. We will develop rehabilitation and other health care programs with the intent to provide vital services to our residents and clients in our community.
III. We will maintain compassionate health care services distinguished by our reputation for continuous quality improvement and responsiveness through personalized delivery.
IV. We will function in concert with the parent health care corporation (ZHCC) in keeping with its mission and for the advancement of the corporation as a whole.
V. We will maintain strong relationships with our physicians and allied health professionals to promote an attitude of cooperation and partnership for enhanced health care delivery.
VI. We will maintain financial viability and growth to support current operations, as well as new programs and services related to this mission.
VII. We will provide care and services in keeping with state of the art gerontology.
VIII. We will seek to influence regulatory and legislative issues affecting the industry and maintain compliance with the same.
IX. We will treat employees fairly, providing them with a work environment that is safe. We will provide opportunities for professional growth and personal fulfillment wherever possible.
X. We will maintain a viable role in the community.
